• In-depth Requirement Communication: At the initial stage of the project, our business team will conduct several rounds of detailed communication with you to comprehensively understand your brand positioning, product characteristics, store environment, marketing objectives, and other information. For example, if you are a brand specializing in high-end craft beers, we will focus on how to showcase the exquisiteness and uniqueness of the products in the design; for mass-consumption beer brands, more emphasis will be placed on highlighting promotional information and product diversity.
• Creative Solution Output: Based on the communication results, the professional design team will use 3D modeling software to create at least three different design schemes with various styles for you. The schemes cover the overall shape of the riser (such as retro style, modern and simple style), color matching, the integration method of brand elements (such as the size, position, and three-dimensional effect of the logo), text layout (the font and color of promotional slogans and product descriptions), etc. At the same time, we will provide a detailed design specification document, explaining the creative source and expected effect of each design element.
• Sample Production and Adjustment: After you select a design scheme, we can quickly produce a physical sample. Diverse Material Selection

• Customization of Cardboard Grammage: According to the usage scenarios and load-bearing requirements of the riser, a variety of corrugated cardboard grammages ranging from 200g to 1000g are provided. For example, for small risers used in short-term promotional activities, lighter 200 – 300g cardboard can be selected to reduce costs; for large risers that need to carry a large amount of beer for a long time, high-strength cardboard above 500g is recommended to ensure stability and durability.
• Special Process Treatment: In addition to the conventional waterproof and wear-resistant treatments, special processes such as matte lamination, glossy lamination, hot stamping (gold or silver), and spot UV are also available. Matte lamination can give the riser a low-key and high-grade texture; the hot stamping process can highlight the brand logo and key information, enhancing the product’s grade; spot UV can make specific patterns or texts have a three-dimensional raised effect, increasing visual appeal.

• Advanced Equipment and Technology: Equipped with high-precision printing equipment and automated processing production lines, it ensures the accurate reproduction of printing colors and controls the errors in processing links such as cutting and folding within a very small range. We adopt digital printing technology, which enables us to produce small – batch customized products rapidly.
  For large – batch orders, we will launch our efficient rotogravure printing production line to significantly shorten the production cycle while ensuring quality.
• Strict Quality Control: A complete quality inspection system is established, from the inspection of raw materials upon entry (checking indicators such as the grammage, hardness, and burst strength of the cardboard), to the sampling inspection of semi-finished products during the production process (checking the printing clarity and the firmness of structural assembly), and then to the full inspection of finished products (checking the overall load-bearing capacity and appearance defects). Each link is strictly checked by professional quality inspectors to ensure that every product delivered meets high-quality standards.
