Blister Card Packaging
Blister card packaging is made by hot-rolled plastic film (PET or EVA).It has good visual appearance,low cost and high printing quality. Blister card packing can be used with blister bubble bag or blister vacuum tray to protect the product inside.
Nowadays, blister packaging is a very common packaging in life and it is usually used for a lot of industries such as medicine, cosmetics, stationery, food, electronics product and many other products. Blister cards mainly include two different styles:
- Hot-pressed Blister Card---Blister card and blister are assembled by hot-pressing, which is called hot-pressed blister card. When designing, pay attention to the processing of the blister surface, and the surface of the blister card should be covered with blister oil. If the blister material is PET, the surface of the blister card should pass APET environmental protection oil accordingly, otherwise the blister card and the blister cannot be bonded by thermo-compression.
- Plug-in Blister Card---Blister card and blister are assembled by plug-in, which is called plug-in blister card. The blister and blister cardneed to be matched to avoid the blister card being too tight or too long. The surface of the blister card generally needs to be polished or coated with varnish or PP glue, etc., which dependson the customer's requirements.
